Neville predicts Ronaldo future after breaking out Ten Hag
Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville has released his predictions on Cristiano Ronaldo’s future after he was cut from the team that played against Chelsea in the Premier League on Saturday night.
The Portuguese walked out of the field just before the end of the game as the Red Devils opened their home game against Tottenham Hotspur in midweek. With his refusal to play as a substitute, Erik ten Hag imposed a penalty by cutting him out of the trip to the Blues at Stamford Bridge.
Despite Ronaldo posting an apology a day later to the club for what he had done, Neville believes the 37-year-old’s future at Old Trafford. The cards are gradually depleting at this time.
“For me, Erik ten Hag had no choice. He had no other choice. Cristiano has walked off the pitch twice already, you can’t do that. In his Instagram post, He respects his teammates and sometimes when in that mood you do something inappropriate.” the Red Devils opened their home game against Tottenham Hotspur in midweek.
“In the pre-season He demanded to move the team. He’s making things up, it’s going to end to a messy future and Ten Hag is trying to control everything,” Neville said.
