My Background
My name is Jon Dykstra. I stumbled onto WordPress in 2009. I was a co-owner of an offline business and needed a website. I had hired a web designer who built a site I wasn’t terribly happy with. Moreover, I had no control over adding content and managing the site.
Therefore, WordPress was the perfect solution for me because it’s relatively easy to learn/use and super easy for managing and building websites.
I worked really hard on my business website, which was a super success. It ultimately grew my business.
Since then, I’ve built hundreds of websites with WordPress using a wide variety of WordPress themes, plugins and other website building tools.
It’s this experience I bring to this website to share what I know with you.
